Originally from Michigan, Sean Cerelli lived in San Diego for ten years after graduating college until he and his wife moved to Texas to be closer to her family. With great schools, an abundance of amenities, endless entertainment opportunities, recreation pursuits, and ideal location in close proximity to Houston and The Woodlands, Sean loves living in Spring and has a deep appreciation for the area! As a real estate agent, his mission is to introduce his buyers to a community where they feel this same connection, and help sellers with the sale of their home so that they can experience a smooth transition into the home that best accommodates their current needs and situation.
Prior to real estate, Sean earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Stemming from his desire to interact with people in a challenging career, Sean’s past endeavors range from the telecommunications industry where he held positions in management, to working with his in-laws’ beach rental business. After recognizing the potential in the vacation home business, he decided to earn his real estate license in order to take a more active role in the family business, as well as expand his own business into residential sales.

Furthermore, Sean emphasizes the importance of communication, which is paramount to delivering exemplary customer service. He listens to his clients’ needs and wants, educates them throughout the process, and keeps them informed every step of the way, even if there are no updates available.
