Clear Creek Forest is a country acreage community with lots that range from half an acre to larger parcels of four to five acres.  Located in Montgomery County just south of Magnolia, Clear Creek Forest is one of the few affordable country subdivisions, and it is still not too far from the city.

Although the community was built in the 1970’s, most homes in Clear Creek Forest were built in the 1990’s and 2000’s.  The neighborhood is known as a peaceful, quiet area where you can connect with nature, hear birds chirping, and surround yourself with deer and other wild life. 

The community consists of numerous sections, each having their own home size guidelines and regulations.  However, horses are allowed throughout the entire community, and it is not uncommon to see residents riding their horses along the neighborhood trails.  Each section of Clear Creek Forest has their own amenities for residents within that specific section.  Many recreation opportunities await, depending on the section, including parks, lakes, area pools, pavilions, picnic areas, trails, and more.

Clear Creek Forest boasts an excellent location close to schools with easy access to The Woodlands and Tomball.  This opens up plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and entertainment.  Not to mention, Magnolia is also home to an abundance of entertainment venues.  Magnolia Independent School District serves students living in the Clear Creek Forest community with excellent schools located only minutes away.
