One of the fastest growing communities in Pearland, Southwyck is a master-planned community that began development in the mid 1980’s.  Today, Southwyck contains several neighborhoods: South Glen/Emerald Pointe, Huntington Park, Southfield Village, Lakecrest Estates, Edgewater Estates, and South Manor.
