Spring Lakes is a gated master planned community located between I-45 and The Hardy Toll Road, just south of Louetta and north of Cypresswood.  As one of the few gated communities in Spring, Spring Lakes remains a highly sought after neighborhood.  A wooded, 250-acre development, Spring Lakes contains brick and gate entries and will ultimately contain 800, traditional style homes that range from $150,000 to $315,000.

Residents living in Spring Lakes are initially drawn to its central location and quick access to numerous major thoroughways that give the community access to a multitude of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.  Super Target, Super Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, McDonalds, Sonic, Home Depot, and Lowes are all within two miles away from the community.  In addition, Spring Lakes is within ten minutes from Old Town Spring’s 150 retail shops, restaurants, and galleries.  The community is also within 15 minutes from The Woodlands for additional dining, shopping, and entertainment, and an easy commute to downtown Houston.
